I would not use this company again. I must point out that the owner, Alan; the manager, Dan and the lead tech, Lemoine deserve ratings of "A." The workmanship, the quality of materials, and the delays I experienced were inordinate and unreasonable and those issues deserve a rating of "D-" The project demo and construction began on 3-16-20. It was finally completed on 5-28-20 with a followup issue addressed on 6-19-20. WORKMANSHIP: The first tech installed the sink P trap incorrectly, resulting in a leak. A 2nd tech fixed the leak but the P trap was still installed at an incorrect angle. The first tech decided (without consult with me) to cut the backsplash from 6" to 4". The first tech left white stains on the floor from the old toilet. One of the techs dropped one of the heavy shower panels on the shower pan, resulting in damage. The epoxy repair material had to be ordered, resulting in another weeks delay. On June 19, the lead tech had to come and replace the caulking at the bottom of the shower panels because they were loose and leaking behind the panels. QUALITY OF MATERIALS: The Kohler LUXSTONE is described as easy maintenance and cleaning. NOT TRUE. Shower panels must be cleaned with squeegee and wash cloth. One of shower panels has streaks that cannot be removed and that panel is of a different texture and finish than the other 2 panels. The CARDINAL glass surface protector (costing an additional $300) is supposed to repel water and oil It takes between 15-20 minutes to clean these glass doors. They must be cleaned with a squeegee and dry towel after EACH use. If any water drops dry on the glass, it must be rewet and then toweled off after EACH use. The vanity top (a Corian type composite) has scratches that appeared after 3 weeks of use. Isopropyl alcohol leaves a noticeable stain, which cannot be removed by any of the approved cleaners. However; the lead tech advised me to use a Mr. Clean magic eraser to clean the spots. The spots became less visible but the magic eraser left a white film over the vanity top. One of the shower doors opens at random and when the other door is cleaned. Initially, the gap created was about 12 inches wide. The tech worked on the door and the gap is now about 1 inch wide (which I live with). There was a gap under the shower door closest to the shower head, causing a large amount of water to splash onto the floor. This was addressed with a stop gap method of installing a small strip of vinyl under the shower door. One of the light globes (out of 4) was cracked and broken before construction even began. DELAYS: From the first day (3-16-20) there was a delay because the work began without the shower pan. Had to be ordered, resulting in weeks delay. The handles on the vanity drawers were the wrong type ordered. Knobs with predrilled ONE HOLE openings were installed. The drawer facades had to be reordered with correct handles (TWO HOLE predrilled). Another weeks delay. The drawer facades that the factory sent did not match the color of the vanity. Those facades had to be returned and another set of 8 drawer facades had to be ordered. Another delay of weeks. The owner, the manager, and the lead tech tried to do the best they could to address the issues but the quality, the workmanship, and the delays were just unreasonable. My rating of A on professionalism applies only to the 3 gentlemen above. I would rate the first tech with a D- on professionalism. The rating I gave on Punctuality has to do with the inordinate delays in completing the project. The workers themselves were punctual.

The installer Ralph is outstanding. Did the whole job in one day. Mark the design consultant is top notch. Shelley with customer service is very professional. Thank you so much.

He showed up early every day and let me know how things were going as he went along. All went well. Because I had a 3rd bathroom, he was able to work on both bathrooms at once. Work was well done, materials look great and he did an excellent job of cleaning up. I would hire again.

From first contact in the showroom with Chelsea, to the 3 hour, pre-contract in-home design consult with Karen, to the install with Kirby this entire project was totally professional and done as promised. Kirby is a perfectionist and was not satisfied until the install met his standards. He even had a better design idea for one section during the install. We could not have been happier. The entire job was done on schedule with no surprises. Better than a contractor, BathPlanet, Reno; USA Bath uses their own employees, not sub-contractors so there's no guessing as to the quality of the workmanship. Could not be more pleased with the entire job and results.

Work is scheduled, it has not yet been performed.

Lemoin, our installer, was courteous and professional & efficient.  He was very competent and did an excellent job.

Arrived on time set, installed protection to protect flooring during removal & install. Installer was excellent and did a supberb job on both removal and installation.

This is our second time using Bath Planet.  They are fast - very fast.  Friendly and really clean up well after the work.  I tell everyone to use them!

Rep. Karen Long spent the needed time with us to determine what we wanted done and to choose all the various design elements. We were very pleased with all the work that Lemoin Skiles performed. Always pleasant, arrived on time each day, did some extra work that became necessary (we have an older home) and accomplished everything with thoroughness and skill. Followup was handled well, Admin. Manager Shelly Galliher always helpful. Bath Planet took care of all the required city building permits. 
We are now enjoying our great "new" bathroom!

Workmen with Bath Planet arrived on time and completed removal of old tub, fixtures, etc., and installed our new Bath Planet shower, new fixtures, and beautiful doors in two days.  No stress installation.

Cirby showed up on time all 3 days. He put a cloth on the rug. Electrician plumber, and installer of bath tub all arrived on time were very clean they removed old bathtub.

Installer on time – started to remove tub and worked until afternoon returned next day to complete job. Did good job considering location and space.

The worker is a company asset not chatter at all.

The installer, Cirby, arrived at the scheduled time and began working immediately. Tore out old tub, old shower and bathtub fixtures. Took measurements and began working. Amazing to watch and the work done was fantastic and clean up left everything spotless. Spectacular job. Would highly recommend.

The installer arrived early, worked continuously and had the installation completed by 4 p. M.

The installation and workmanship were very satisfactory. I would never have acrylic bathroom products installed again. The after marked support was very poor. The acrylic damages very easily and you cannot clean it with conventional cleaners.

Fantastic. The shower is beautiful. Bath Planet has a lot of options for shower designs. I chose a white subway tile with oil rubbed bronze fixtures. The quality is so much better than the cheap acrylic systems at the big box stores. Excellent installation job. Installer was very professional and personable. He made sure that no drywall dust got into other rooms and cleaned up after he completed the installation. He fitted the grab bars and shower fixtures to my specifications. The shower is truly gorgeous. Worth every penny.

The techs arrived on time were courteous, explained how long it would take ( all day ) and proceeded immediately. Cleaned up after ( drop cloths were laid down before) Shower head and handles developed fast leak and the tech came out on 5/18 and repaired.

Pros--Elizabeth came to our house and was very helpful and thorough with design. Edgar installed the unit and did a great job Cons--customer service after purchase was horrible. Kept having to call to find our about installation. Quality product, awful customer service.
