"Was very pleased with the work ethics of his workers. Because of the drought, I was changing from grass to a desert type landscape with decomposed granite. They had to take up the grass and lay down the decomposed granite and place new drip lines to the trees. Frank's price was reasonable, and he was very helpful in answering whatever question I had. I wouldn't be concerned about this except these neighbors are problematic, I didn't want any complaints from them.
