Besides the insurance work, he kindly completed numerous other small jobs for me (E.G. effectively addressing mildew on bathroom ceiling, removing and replacing broken light covers, hanging broken curtain rod, replacing angle stops, removing smoke alarms and patching, removing old thermostats and patching, sanding and resurfacing and preparing for painting for a bathroom not affected by the flood,.. and more), all for the fee of the parts.
