"I just want to share how much of a pleasure it was to work with Diaz Painting! I am a raving fan! Quality of workmanship is very important to me as I own a home that was built in 1932. We have wood siding, wood windows and stucco on the exterior of our house. Rene and his team put the effort in to the prep work that I would expect and the end result was magnificent. They pressure washed, sanded peeling paint, repaired stucco, caulked and primed prior to painting. Once they started painting, they did two coats of paint! I even had a contractor that was doing work on the house across the street comment on the quality of work that they were doing! At the end of the day, I feel that I got value from every penny that I spent with them. I look forward to working with them again on the inside of the house and as things need continued maintenance. Jesus brought his team to our home at 7:30am and the painters stayed until after 5:00pm to complete the painting in 2 large bedrooms including doors and trim. The two painters (Pedro and I have forgotten the other painter's name) were professional, knowledgable, friendly and courteous. They did not take any shortcuts and clearly took pride in their work.
