They did not do a good job removing the wallpaper and the wallpaper paste or glue. They were not equipped with proper equipment to do the job. I had to go out and actually rent at my own expense a steam remover for wallpaper. I thought they spent way too much time and used up their time by not having a proper equipment. I later had to hire someone to come down and clean all of the glue off the walls, which they should have done. I hesitate to give them an A rating on price, since they didn't do what they should have done. I had to go out and spend more money to get the job completed. Not to mention that I had to spend money on getting the proper equipment. If they would have done all of that at that price, then that would have been an A.

"It was an $800 dollar stripping charge! that he got for only $99. Wow, how can he complain! We not only stripped ALL the paper we cleaned the mess up and even vacuumed and hauled all the trash out. I will never do a promotion for only $99. We worked 2 days, the paper was so hard to remove. I wasn't going to wash off glue, that is an extra charge."

"Here again, I stripped a whole living room and hall for only $99 dollars! about a $600 dollar job, I removed all the paper and bagged it up. Washing walls is another job, besides stripping paper, if he wanted that done than why didn't he ask! This guy showed up right when I was leaving."

Marsha wallpapered my guest bedroom with a very heavy, difficult to hang paper. She also hung a border around the entire room. She did a superb job. She is a meticulous worker and is very careful about cleanup. This was the second room that I had wallpapered by Marsha. The first was the kitchen with a breakfast nook area and small hallway. Not only did she do a perfect job, but she returned the next day to make sure everything was to her satisfaction. I plan to have her wallpaper my main bathroom once it's remodeled.
