Eric Rutherford was very responsive from my first contact, brought his team in as soon as the bid was finalized and got the job done in a short timeframe. I initially contacted him just to remove wallpaper and paint, but he had good ideas about how to upgrade a dark, unfinished room on a limited budget so I expanded the contract to include some refurbishing and remodeling. It is now a very bright, pleasant living space and guest room. His team was punctual, efficient, pleasant to work with, and very capable. Eric came to the site every day, consulted with me, and handled some of the work himself. They attended to a number of small details that I wouldn't have thought of, such as caulking the gaps between my kitchen cabinets and ceiling, and upgrading my light switches and outlets.  I would use them again for this type of job, and recommend them without hesitation.
