I just want to share how much of a pleasure it was to work with Diaz Painting! I am a raving fan! Quality of workmanship is very important to me as I own a home that was built in 1932. We have wood siding, wood windows and stucco on the exterior of our house. Rene and his team put the effort in to the prep work that I would expect and the end result was magnificent. They pressure washed, sanded peeling paint, repaired stucco, caulked and primed prior to painting. Once they started painting, they did two coats of paint! I even had a contractor that was doing work on the house across the street comment on the quality of work that they were doing! At the end of the day, I feel that I got value from every penny that I spent with them. I look forward to working with them again on the inside of the house and as things need continued maintenance. I have also had a number of neighbors comment and request their number which I have "0" hesitation referring them business!

We decided to hire Diaz Painting after meeting with Rene for the estimate. He was prompt and courteous, and took the time to thoroughly review the job and discuss the details. I also liked that his definition of “two coats of paint” matched mine, in that he paints once and lets it dry before painting again, unlike my previous painter. I also liked that Rene works the job with his crew, which gave me confidence the job would be done correctly. Diaz Painting was prompt, courteous, and friendly. They went around the house and prepped the job by hand, repairing problem areas to ensure a good paint job. My previous painter's crew just pressure washed the eaves and started painting. After painting my house eaves with two coats of paint, they went back around the entire house and meticulously touched up the job by hand, and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. The job was completed on time and for the agreed cost. They even painted some trim on the house we hadn’t discussed at no additional cost. Diaz Painting is a great company and I highly recommend them.

Very well. We couldn't manage to figure out what we were doing wrong after three attempts over several years. Our paint would always start peeling off within a year. Diaz painting spent a lot more time prepping and knew exactly what needed to be used. They used plastic to section that part of the house off and keep everything contained. It's been over 2 years now and the ceiling looks great! We highly, highly recommend Diaz Painting.

Wow ?!! I am beyond pleased with Diaz Painting’s services. I am a perfectionist and very hard to please. And Diaz Painting exceeded my expectations. Rene and his crew painted the exterior of my home. First, let me start by saying that Rene was on time for his appointment to give me a free estimate. He showed up with a measuring wheel and a notepad. He did a thorough run through the house and explained to me all he planned on doing. He asked me if I had any questions and told me he would send me an estimate later that day. Just as he said, I received the estimate and it was very professional, listing everything he had told me he would do. After signing the proposal, we set up a starting date. Without fail, Diaz Painting crew showed up and started workIng. They worked diligently every day for 5 days and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. Rene kept me updated on their progress daily. They did everything they promised and some more! At the final walk through, I couldn’t believe it. I could not find any mistakes. Diaz Painting took care of every detail and once again, cleaned up thoroughly and put back everything in my yard that they had to move out of their way during the painting. I am a totally satisfied customer and I highly recommend Diaz Painting. PS. They also washed all my windows as a gift.

It was a really nice, smooth and pleasant experience working with Rene Diaz. From the consultation appointment to the inspection after the job was done. The job entailed powerwashing the house, scraping, extensive caulking, masking windows/doors/trim areas and finally painting. Three colors were used. They also washed by hand all the exterior windows and screens.

He responded to my first call right away. I got his name from my neighbor who is very fussy and who was very pleased with the quality of work. He showed up on time, completed the job within the time estimate and immediately fixed small details that I pointed out.
