The project included fencing and painting, repair redwood deck and paint, install pavers and fire pit, remove grass and install synthetic turf, large tree removal, hedge removal, destruction and removal of sidewalk and replacement with pavers, replacement of lawn with decorative rock and succulents/cactus, complete irrigation overhaul and installation of drip system, install landscape lighting. Luis is a stickler for detail and made sure the job was done right. He is great to work with and his crew are professional and courteous."

"Had old fluorescent lights.  This company specializes in replacing those old lights with new LED lighting highlighted by a new, finished, more up to date look along with a crown moulding trim.
These guys KNEW what they were doing.  The job went perfectly and came out great. They had TWO rooms to do (kitchen and pantry) and finished in one day.  Left the house cleaner than it was when they started.  Couldn't be happier with the service and the finished product.  All in all, a wonderful experience.

"We are delighted with the work done by Modern Home Remodeling, to install a classy tiled shower, repaint the interior and replace carpets. Their project manager clearly listened to our needs and wants = to freshen rather than redesign, to keep the oak vanities and good-condition countertops, to correct small “problems” that we’d lived with for decades, and to focus on changes that we’ll enjoy in the ten years that we still plan to live in this home. The tiled shower transformed the shower experience, brought spaciousness to a small room, and was done by an accommodating and experienced crew. The project manager expedited the schedule, committing to a start date of February 20 but beginning the work a month earlier and finishing by February 28, 2023. He brought tile and carpet samples to the house, that both followed the earth tones in our home and created a light pattern-rich tiled shower. "What we got is beautiful court yard and landscaping. Frank helped us develop and improve our ideas. Our yard is a show piece; we've gotten countless complements from neighbors and passers by. Frank's crew are truly craftsmen, are courteous and punctual. This job entailed wood fencing with gates, masonry wall, concrete laying and stamping, interlocking pavers, landscaping, drainage system, lighting and an irrigation system. Work was done efficiently and quickly. Frank, Dawn and Ashley were easily accessible to answer questions."

"I bought two Toto washlets (bidet toilet seats) to be used in the two bathrooms upstairs. None of the bathroom had a GFCI outlet to provide power for the washlet on top of the toilet. Mehran came 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and started to seal the working area with plastic sheets. He removed an old phone jack outlet and used its space to install a switch for the GFCI outlet in the master bathroom. The GFCI outlet was installed nicely near the toilet. We can turn the switch on before we use the washlet and turn the switch off to save power when we are not at home. Mehran replaced the single light switch panel with a 2-switch panel in the guest bathroom. One switch controls the light and the other one controls the GFCI outlet. Both the switch panel and GFCI outlet were installed nicely. Mehran also reconfigured two switches to provide power to two yard floor lights separately. Mehran kept his work area very clean during his work and after his work. He was very polite and friendly. My wife and I were very pleased with Mehran's excellent work. We will hire him for all our future electric jobs. We recommend Mehran highly."
