Our project consisted of updating 25 year old kitchen, enclosing our patio overhang into a California room and laminate wood plank flooring. After interviewing a number of contractors that walked in wanting wallet open and wanting $10,000 up front to discuss our ideas. Anderson walked in with vision, suggestions, ideas and many satisfied clients. We were listened to and offered advice. Even after adjusting our scope, the Anderson team came in to get the job done with 110% effort. We now have a professional kitchen (new countertops, appliances, glass tile backsplash) that looks out into the most GORGEOUS California room (walls, windows, 10 ft slider and laminate flooring). All of this was done for at least one third of the price quoted by other contractors! We would definitely use Anderson for any additional work around our home. Highly recommend! "Roof done Nov 2024 and it rained Feb 2025 the roof leaked now and not before the work was completed. This is yor reply regarding your roof warranty claim: From our tech's report concerning your roof, the pre-existing low spots require a full roof replacement, outside warranty coverage. Previous sealant should've lasted ~3yrs. We understand this isn't very reassuring. We advise contacting other roofers for quotes. And this Hi Dorothy, We appreciate your feedback. When he's nearby, our Operations manager will personally check your roof for the leak and update you on his schedule. It has been a month and I have not had anyone contact me. The roof job was for preventive maintenance and now it is worse then before the job was completed. Very disappointed to spend all that money for nothing. I will tell and show everyone I know the text messages between your company and myself."
