"Our replacement window project began almost a year ago. From companies that ghosted us to representitves that showed up smelling of the beer they had for breakfast this project seemed impossible to get off the ground. Everyone we spoke with had their own opinion on what we needed, from all new construction to all replacement to a combo of both. At about the time I was going to move on from this project I got a referral to Trident windows and doors. Troy and Peter came out together to assess our needs. The difference between them and everyone of the 10 other window companies that had out was noticeable immediately. We accepted their bid (6 windows, 3 doors) and waited for the windows to come in and installation to begin. The day they began started with the entire crew showing up on time and ready to go. They were polite and courteous and took care working around my house. This was a two day project, and after day one the job site was cleaner than it was when they arrived. When they say they clean the job site, they mean it! Day 2 went the same as day 1, with the job being completed exactly as described. We couldn’t be happier with our new windows and doors, and the job done by Troy and his crew at Trident. The only problem is the new doors look so good we ended up ordering another one that we hadn’t planned on replacing."
