We are very pleased with our whole house remodel performed by our contractor, Rick Simmons of Coastline Construction. We received four bids from various contractors which were all competitive. We chose Rick for various reasons including that he was easy to communicate with and that he uses his own very skilled employees, no subcontractors. We completely remodeled the kitchen, the main and secondary bathroom, laundry room and installed new flooring throughout that required grinding and leveling the concrete slab. Every wall and ceiling was retextured and painted. It was a HUGE job. Rick is a hands-on contractor who stopped by the house 3-4 times a week (sometimes everyday!). Rick kept us up to date on scheduling and every addition we made to the scope of work was clearly documented in change orders that we discussed with him. We had a good idea of what we wanted design-wise and the end result reflects that vision.

Richard is wonderful to work with. The men he hired to work in my home were delightful people. The work performed was excellent. He listens to what you want and never a Problem of any kind. I have already told several people about him and they plan to call on him. 10 stars and more 👍👍

Pretty much they did good work. You pay what you get for. It wasn’t cheap but they did really good work. They worked very well with me in terms of what I wanted and stuff that they had never done before but they worked with me in terms of trying to figure it out. There were so many delays. I had to find somebody else. So it took months longer than it should have. The only thing that bugs me was at the very end when they were done and I gave them their final check, I would see them but I wouldn’t see him for weeks. I gave him the final check and they were supposed to come by and fix a few little things and they never did. They never fixed this little electrical short thing that I had. They were supposed to fix something on my patio. They were supposed to do a 3 or 4 little things for me but after I gave the check, I never seen them again.
