"Brian B. took my order by phone and came himself to do the work. He arrived as scheduled, looked at each of the faulty door knobs, discussed options with me, and we decided on a course of action. He left briefly to fetch my chosen hardware for a front door unit replacement kit. The hardware was all original (1983) he said and worn out. So he replaced four door knob sets and one entire front door unit, handle and dead bolt. He worked quickly and efficiently, explained and showed me the worn parts, and had me verify that my key worked in the new deadbolt before he left. I was very pleased with the work. "It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. It was hard to schedule at first but he came out and it was fine. He called when he was running late. I remember I asked him to match the key of the garage door to my front door and he said it couldn't be done which I thought was odd. It should have been able to be done, he's a locksmith after all and I was willing if I would pay extra for it. He didn't seem that interested in doing extra work other than what the deal offered. It would have been a lot more convenient to me just to have him do it while he was there."
