Nathan showed up on time on the same Saturday that I called, for rekeying the security door bolt lock, since we had lost one set of keys. He advised me to rekey the deadbolt on the inner, stouter door, and charged only slightly more. Excellent service!

I lost my only key to the apartment and was out with screen door, deadbolt and doorknob locked :/ Nathan arrived after 15 minutes as promised, opened all three without damaging anything, got me inside in 10 minutes, and in no more than half an hour he had a new set of keys made.
