"Brian B. took my order by phone and came himself to do the work. He arrived as scheduled, looked at each of the faulty door knobs, discussed options with me, and we decided on a course of action. He left briefly to fetch my chosen hardware for a front door unit replacement kit. The hardware was all original (1983) he said and worn out. So he replaced four door knob sets and one entire front door unit, handle and dead bolt. He worked quickly and efficiently, explained and showed me the worn parts, and had me verify that my key worked in the new deadbolt before he left. I was very pleased with the work. Most of the cost was materials."
"Batyr is more than a locksmith; he is a miracle worker. We have a very old, custom made front door with a doorknob that would not stay on. Several other locksmiths have attempted to fix it with no success. One locksmith in the past told us that the entire door would need to be replaced. Another said it was impossible to fix and refused to look at it. Batyr patiently took the doorknob assembly apart and crafted a solution. He spent two and a half hours doing this and charged only his standard rate.
