Nathan, the owner of Lock North Bay, is very knowledgeable and competant locksmith. He personally came out to rekey several locks and repair yet another when his assigned Smith got caught up in another job. He accomplished the tasks needed, and then some, in a timely & professional manner, and though we originally thought his initial quote was a bit high, it was genuinely worth every penny overall. They took advantage of my elderly parents! I would not recommend them. They didn't replace any locks and charged my parents $250 for them. they also charged them an installation fee and labor.
