He let me know the price for each item before I signed the work order, then unlocked the door, and even offered extra keys for a very reasonable cost. Max did a fine job of re-keying my back door. He arrived when he said he would (he would have come within the hour but I was busy). I appreciated him asking if I wanted the rear lock to use the same key as the front door. This saved avoided the expense and trouble of separate keys. A really positive experience!

Max did a great job installing my new door hardware and making sure everything functioned properly before leaving. He was even able to make me a few spare keys, saving me a trip to the hardware store. I highly recommend Max if you need locksmith service.
