Phill's staff gave me a thorough itemized estimate, which unfortunately revealed that it would be too expensive to convert to tankless (mainly due to the cost of running a much larger gas line over to where the water heater is), so I had them do a straight-up replacement of my tank water heater. They were prompt and left a clean area behind."

"From the first phone call USA Water Heaters were professional and addressed all of my concerns. Our original water heater was 16 years old. We did not have any problems with it, but knew it was a matter of time before we would need it replaced. I did a lot of research and selected this company based on their excellent reviews. The installation was excellent. We are very glad we switched to tankless. It takes up less room in the garage and we feel the water pressure is better in the shower. Since it was just installed, we do not know if it will be a cost savings over our monthly bills."

"The gas pipe repair was overpriced 770 in my opinion although it was completed without the need to follow up within the day and they did show up as they promised. The leaking riser section pipe was underground only 6 inches and the entire excavation was about 18 in long x 6 in wide x 8 in deep approx, done by hand tool. He spent more time trying to upsell me a full length underground pipe replacement and trenching than talking about the repair at hand. When I toyed with the idea of a new line above ground without the excavation cost, he described the most absurd design of mounting the new line 3 feet off the ground to show me how ugly and indicated that is the regulation, which is not true. The line and certainly touch ground."

"When my wife and I decided to pull the pin and start modernizing the kitchen, downstairs bath and laundry room, one key element was already a given - which contractor to use - USA Home Remodeling did such a fantastic job on our master bath (and two other upstairs bathrooms), we didn't even think about putting this out for bids. We worked with Isaac once again on design plans, including replacing about 85% of the kitchen. We wanted to retain the center island look (see pics), but definitely wanted a clean, modern look. We ended up with quartz countertops everywhere, with new cabinetry in the kitchen and bath, new sinks in all three rooms, and a new shower, replacing a tile shower that felt like 1970 all over again (actually, the entire downstairs bathroom fit that genre).
