Great experience from start to finish. Very happy with our new walk in shower. I would highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions of Orange County.

We have been wanting to redo our California Bath for close to 5 years. We were nervous about finding a reputable company that wasn’t going to hose us. Five Star is really 5 Stars!! They were very professional throughout the process and even was able to get our project done in a timely manner. Not only did we redo the bath/shower, they installed and new vanity, flooring and even painted the space! Hard to find a company that can be 1 stop shop in the bathroom.

I was convinced I needed multiple bids to make a choice, but the choice was really easy. Five Star Bath Solutions is locally owned, licensed and doesn’t sub out the work. Their prices are competitive and their customer service was easily the best of the bunch. They told me that they would be at home at 7:30am to install and they were right on time. In addition to the fantastic work, they were really careful to with how they prepped and cleaned up. You would have never even known they were here once they left. Kudos to Mateo for a well done shower.

I am so happy with the outcome of this project! Five Star was really 5 stars. They were so helpful with the design and even did the other items of the bathroom outside the shower. We got bombarded with so many contractors and this company was head and shoulders the best out of the bunch. Don't waste your time on others

Super impressed with Five Star start to finish. We 1st met with Carol who was very patient and really understood or bathroom vision. From there we met with our project manager Gilbert that who was responsive throughout the process for any last minute questions I had prior to the project. Our bathroom installer Albert really was meticulous about his work and it showed. Everyone was nice, communicative and supportive. Highly recommend this company!

We called Five Star Bath to get an estimate for our bathroom remodel. They were able to meet us the next day. Carol the representative showed up on time as scheduled. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product as well as the process. She took time to explain everything in detail and answered all of our questions. We were given a computer based tutorial that showed us what our newly remodeled shower will look like. She was very professional, personable with a positive attitude. She was so patient with us and even ran through the tutorial twice because my wife was running late and when she arrived we had already gotten through most of the estimate process. Carol had no problem running through everything again for us. She made us feel comfortable and had no problem answering our questions in detail. Our experience with Five Star Bath has started off on a very positive note!

Did a beautiful job. A little pricy, but quality work.

We wanted to replace a conventional bath and shower with a rod and curtain and old-fashioned tile squares in an upstairs kid bath. We called Five Star Bath Solutions and they replied immediately, brought samples, and quoted us 3 different options, including stone. They were very thorough, but not pushy. We were impressed with the lifetime warranty. We went with the highest-level option that was not stone and we are very happy with the results. Their 2-man team was in our home for 2-1/2 days. They asked us how we wanted certain details like the niche done before doing them. The material we chose looks perfect and matches our existing paint and flooring. The new tub is twice as deep as the old tub and is more luxurious. They used care and accuracy with the installation. They cleaned up after themselves daily. The head installer was obviously very knowledgeable and detail-oriented. I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions and would use them in the future!

Super responsive company from the initial reach out and service call, as well as at other points when I needed to make changes or had questions. Even got a call from the owner to walk me through some of the pricing/payment options. I was hesitant to start this project, but am very happy with the turnaround time and project outcome.
