"Water heater went out on a Sunday and called Bill Metzger Plumbing around 6:30 expecting to leave a message. Surprisingly Bill answered the phone, I explained the problem and said he would send a technician out Monday morning. It appeared to be the gas valve. The water heater was 10 years old. Got 2 options, replace the entire water heater or just the gas valve. The water heater replacement was about $3000 and the gas valve about $700. No high pressure to replace the water heater. Decided the replace the gas valve after talking with the technician and Bill. Technician came out Tuesday morning and replaced the gas valve. Now plenty of hot water. The final invoice was $ 200 less than the estimate. Victor the technician was very professional. Knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Bill Metzger plumbing for all you plumbing needs"

"Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. "When my wife and I decided to pull the pin and start modernizing the kitchen, downstairs bath and laundry room, one key element was already a given - which contractor to use - USA Home Remodeling did such a fantastic job on our master bath (and two other upstairs bathrooms), we didn't even think about putting this out for bids. We worked with Isaac once again on design plans, including replacing about 85% of the kitchen. We wanted to retain the center island look (see pics), but definitely wanted a clean, modern look. We ended up with quartz countertops everywhere, with new cabinetry in the kitchen and bath, new sinks in all three rooms, and a new shower, replacing a tile shower that felt like 1970 all over again (actually, the entire downstairs bathroom fit that genre). We also replaced the original cooktop with a Wolf - what a fantastic upgrade! USA Home Remodeling handled all the related logistics. When I called Zoom I ended up talking directly to Ian who was so upbeat he immediately made me feel less panicked. He assured me that he would come to my house once he finished his current job and he wasn't the least bit fazed that he would be arriving after midnight to make my house livable again. When he arrived he took a some time to assess the situation...he looked at all toilets and shower/tub areas and then got right to work. He took care of immediate needs and made recommendations to prevent a repeat situation.
