"Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it."

"We needed to move about half of our household goods across town to a rental for several months. Reliable Delivery is not the cheapest but we will hire them again to move back into our house once remodels are done. They were responsive to our needs (dates, times, packing materials, etc.), spot-on punctual, and took exceptional care in handling our stuff. Each piece of furniture was wrapped in moving blankets and secured like it was going across the country, not just a few miles. Delivery was same day and they took great care to avoid any damage to stuff or the house we moved into. They set up everything where we needed it and even moved a couple of couches that were already in the rental house.
