Mr. Joe was not only professional, but personable as well. He identified my issue with my hot water heater, and fixed it expertly. Dr. Rooter treated me with respect and was overall a tremendous value. I saved the number, as Dr. Rooter is now my first choice for my plumbing needs. 10/10

The technician was very proficient with the knowledge of the repair needed. He kept me abreast of everything that he was doing and made sure that I had a full understanding of what was needed to repair my issue. There's not enough space for me to say all the things that I would like to say but I hope I can sum it up by this way he has been added to my contacts and I will definitely use them again in the future great guy great personality great service!

They contacted me within a few minutes and we scheduled a time for later the same day for them to come out and assess the situation. They then provided me with a solution. By later that night my generator was connected to my gas line. They did a very good job. Thanks Dr. Rooter!

I highly recommend Alpha-1 they took such good care of me and helped me out a lot I had a big incident where my house flooded I called Alpha-1 and got to my home the same night , they found the issue repaired it and had me running a on a new sewer system within 2 days or less and helped me take care of the damages of my home, I recommend Alpha for any plumbing issues they are very professional, on time and very friendly, Thank You Alpha-1!

My house was backed up I could not use my kitchen sink with out water coming in to my bath tubs adding to the water not to mention the waste.So I decided to call Alpha 1 Rooter and plumbing to see if they can help me out with my issues. They came out and were very knowledgeable in their craft, not to mention respect, kind, and courteous, and very professional. They did what they called it a pipe burst to fix my mainline. Now my house is flowing like never flowed before. Thank you Alpha 1 for making sure me and my family are able to use our facilities with no worries not to mention the great price we paid.
