"On May 8, 2025, I engaged Celia’s Cleaning Service for a house cleaning. Celia, her husband, and their daughter arrived at 8:00 AM, an hour late from their scheduled 7:00 AM arrival. I advised them to commence cleaning in the kitchen and living room, followed by the second bedroom, main bedroom, and bathrooms. Additionally, painters were present in the den, and I ensured they were not obstructed during their work. Prior to the cleaning, Celia repeatedly expressed her gratitude to me for the opportunity, highlighting her 150-house cleaning business and the overwhelmingly positive reviews she received. She then proceeded to clean while standing on buckets, posing a safety risk. Celia inquired about the availability of old ladders from the painters, requesting that they be delivered to my residence for her use. She also repeatedly showed me every item in the house, including numerous small objects. The husband and daughter’s contributions were minimal. They only performed a few tasks when requested, such as laundry, where they required my assistance with the washing machine, and vacuuming the bedrooms. However, they used their own vacuum, resulting in significant damage to our newly installed carpets. During the meal, they ate at the kitchen island and requested a protein drink from the refrigerator. My husband arrived home at 8:00 PM, only to find that they were still present. Our house in Tracy Lakes is immaculate, and the initial cleaning task list was relatively small. Unfortunately, Celia’s actions resulted in significant damage to our carpets. As per our original verbal agreement, the service fee was $400. My husband paid the payment to ensure their departure. Notably, they requested payment in cash. Our pristine white carpets have been severely damaged due to a company you have permitted on your website, despite claiming to be a five-star establishment. The cleaning crew we engaged was exceptionally peculiar, and we are now experiencing significant anxiety. To address this issue, we have to ask the guard to put them on a “do not enter” list. Even after all that time being here, they still did not do all of the house, and it is only 1800 sf"

We have been working together to expand our business in hopes to provide more for our family and for me to get a chance to stay in college and major in psychology.
