"After 3 years of service and never raised his prices. When i sent him the letter informing him about the prices increase. He made a list of all the cleaning supplies and the cost. My letter said im adjusting the prices to be at the fair market value. To the past years salary increases and your the only client that ask to be add to my general liability insurance. The cost for the certificate is $150 per year. What we where cleaning 3bedroom 2bath home and 3 windows inside and out every time. From 2016-2018 he paid $110 for every two weeks. The new prices was $125 which i felt it was not a big increase."

I was a little put off by the price of the first cleaning (deep clean) but after they they finished, I am so glad I hired them. Very professional and hard working crew. I have had housekeepers off and on for several years but this crew cleaned things no other service ever did. Highly recommend them. Have hired them for monthly cleaning now at a very reasonable price.

Excellent. The cleaner showed up a few minutes late, but he REALLY put a lot of effort into the window cleaning, the screen cleaning, AND cleaning out the window tracks!!!! I would have given an "A" in pricing, but I felt a bit overcharged in my Solar Panel cleaning, as they were ground mounted (easy access). It took him about 4 hours to clean the inside/outside/screens windows, and about 20 minutes to clean the solar panels, and we were charged MORE for the solar panels!!! I would hire theme again for the windows!!!!

We used this service from 1/4/15 to 2/23/18 every two weeks unless we were traveling. At first it was o.k. Once we heard loud noises coming from our office and later found one of our external hard drives shell was damaged. So we locked the office and they were no longer required to clean it.. The owners seem very nice. Yet once I walked by the hall and saw one of the owners push down some T.V. trays. But The real problem is the people they hire. Over the years things disappeared. I collect antique handwork and some of it went missing from my dresser in our bedroom.. We were very reluctant to accuse anyone of theft. So when my husbands watch walked off we thought perhaps he misplaced it. Yet, it has never been found. So he bought a new one. When they came we locked my jewelry in the office along with other things we didn’t want to walk off. However, the last time they were here we forgot to lock the office and a large bag containing my jewelry disappeared. So we fired them! We are elderly and don’t have family that lives close or guests so it was easy to know the source of our losses. Also when the owners no longer came with the workers the quality of their work went down. All of the workers are agreeable and seem nice but hire at your own risk.

"My client call me letting me know that my team had took her bible that she had look all over the house and she should not fine it. she fire us beacuse of it. A month later she call me and tells me she found the bible but that now she had discover that a vase was glue to sher bathroom countertop. I ask her to let me try to remove the vase. She uses alot of hair spray and for some reason the vase got glue. when i got there i put water around the vase while she keep telling we how my team use crazy glue to glue the vase. Just to bothered her and that now she had jewelry missing. i try to be very understanding beacuse shes and elderly person and if she misplace the bible she also misplace her jewelry. so after a few minutes the vase came off of the countertop. it was just hair spray. At this point is very hair to believe her. but this is what happen. i have never had any problem with my team taking anything. my team are honest and responsible. Thank you"

I only have 12, so figured I was safe. However, Victor arrived at my place and informed me it would be for 10 windows only. I immediately emailed the boss lady with her email of 20 to 30 windows. back & forth for awhile. Result: he ended up doing all of our windows, inside and out. I highly recommend this service. Victor also brought a special vacuum cleaner for the window tracks ; his work is immaculate. SO glad I bought this special: Please keep any emails you may have with the boss lady, I needed mine to "battle" with her over what would be done. I was at work, BF at home and Victor cleaning away during the "negotiating".
