Next, they communicated effectively via text about timings and extra duties. Then, on the day of the clean, they had a plan and split up the work so all was done on time to their expert standards (e.g., window washing, refrigerator clean, bathroom tub scrub and even washing the glass covers from the light/fan fixtures). Their tools were effective. They were gentle and patient with me when I didn't have some areas cleared and worked constantly until the spaces were cleared. They removed grime and gunk accumulated over years from my garage. They were generous and courteous and let me be concerned for their welfare and safety (e.g., back health).
