"California Custom Pools installed an inground Freeform pool for my family and I and they knocked the project out of the park. Our experience with them was tremendous, from the initial meeting at our home to discuss our options to the final inspection. George was our project manager and Austin was our designer and these two gentlemen were amazing to do business with and excelled with customer service. They were sure to answer all of our questions and provide us with all the information that we needed. Communication throughout the process was never a problem and they were always available at any time to answer any questions or concerns or provide more details. When I contacted California Custom Pools, George and Austin were out at our home 2 days later for a meeting. 3 days later we had a design and one week later they broke ground with construction. I’m truly amazed at how fast they moved on this project. They started on August 19th and we had water in the pool on September 21st! Absolutely amazing!! Throughout the process, my wife and I had some minor issues/concerns and when we brought them to the attention of George and Austin they took care of it immediately. George also had glow in the dark pebble installed in the pool and glow in the dark sand to border the pool. Very cool feature that our kids love! "We hired Tropical Breeze to complete a driveway replacement in July of 2023. Shortly after the driveway was completed and the final bill was paid, we noticed large unsightly dark spots all over the entire driveway. Some of the bigger spots measure over five feet long and three feet wide. We contacted JJ, the owner via text to explain the problem and attached plenty of photos. We also asked if he would return to the job site to look at the dark spots in person. He was very dismissive from the get-go and said there wasn?t much that could be done and to wait until the summer to see if the spots lightened up or go away. We waited the recommended time and the large unsightly dark spots did not go away. We reached out again via text explaining the problem did not improve and again asked to schedule a phone call to discuss. He was again very dismissive and unwilling to even discuss the problem let alone do anything about it. Do not use this contractor. "

"Timeless Pools review Tom and Cindy did an amazing job with our backyard. We had an existing pool, so this was more complex than a new build. They were very willing to listen to our ideas but also made suggestions when their experience pointed them in a slightly different direction than we had initially envisioned. The planning phases were extremely fast, and they handled all the permitting with the city directly. We had their cell phone numbers and they kept us in the loop constantly during the entire process. During the initial faces, we selected coping and tile, and Tom was present to give us some guidance on cost and additional options. Once we started construction, everything was very transparent. They were willing to work around any scheduling issues we had and we got to know the workers that were at our site. Having consistent teams made my wife more comfortable as we had a number of days when she was alone with our two young kids, and seeing the same people Was reassuring We built during early 2023, and the massive rains made for a number of days where workers came and re-excavated from runoff or placed and removed tarps to prevent excessive erosion. This was all done with an eye on the weather and they were prepared for everything Mother Nature threw our way that winter. As we moved into finishing, they kept us informed of every step and the timing to expect. Once we filled the oool, they focused on the pool deck and made sure that every seam and joint was up to the standards. After a couple months of use, they re-connected with us and checked on any details we may have missed during the construction and finishing processes. I give their entire team an enthusiastic 5-stars. They probably won’t be the cheapest bid, but there were clear expectations and there were zero “extras” once we had all the materials selected. At no point did we feel like they were sneaky or trying to charge us for something unexpected. Our pool is beautiful, everything works exactly as expected and we have had endless compliments from everyone that has come to enjoy it.
