I recently reached out to North Shore Pool to service my rental property. I was unaware of some small issues that my tenants failed to bring to my attention. The pool filter had been neglected for way too long. So, you might expect a major cleaning was in order. Since, I had them out there already, I had them do a once over of my system. They did find a small leak in the above ground pipes and saved me from a much more expensive fix down the road. I appreciate a company that pays attention to detail. These tenants taught me a valuable lesson and I will now be having North Shore Pool doing all my routine maintenance from here on.
