This company excels in mediocrity. Their workers leave a mess and have to be babysit by the homeowner since Mike never shows up to check the ongoing work. They did a poor job grouting and I had to call them back. As a result of not doing it right the first time, they wasted a tub of expensive grout I paid $95 for. The workers left trash, cigarette butts, and beer bottle caps on my property. The did a terrible job resetting several of the flagstones (3 out of 5!), placing them poorly and raising their elevation. In spite of my requests, they were never fixed, claiming they were broken (one was, which was actually placed correctly). The plaster job finish was very rough, which would have cause skin abrasions. Someone came back and sanded it after I called them but didn't clean the sanding dust. The tile on the side of the steps on one side of the pool were poorly done and the "repair" is laughably bad. I had to keep a sharp eye on the workers to make sure they did a decent job. Mike claims to have sub-contractors but he only has one team and one guy on that team told me he's worked for Mike for 20 years. Sounds like he's reclassifying his employees as subcontractors to keep from paying payroll taxes (just my take on the situation). His workers dumped dirty chemical-laden water on my mint and oregano! If you want a non-paid job as a supervisor of the workers, by all means, hire these jokers. Otherwise, run, don't walk away from them!

Amazing service and craftsmanship. Job was done i four days. Mike delivered what was promised, Crew was responsible - even working in valley heat wave, and bid was more than fair. Would recommend highly.

We underwent a complete restoration, including new coping, plaster, and tile. Couldn't be happier. Mike was sure to alert me of any contingencies or operating instructions, and promptly came back to fix a minor problem. Highly recommended.

Install a used Heater sitting in garage for 2 years and started immediately! Re-pipped the equipment that was needed even repaired a leak.

Mike knows what he's doing - skimmer and main suction line replacement, cut concrete and jackhammer/dig. Difficult job done quickly and thoroughly at a more than competitive cost. If you need any major pool work done this is the company you should hire. When you talk to them they explain what you're facing and what needs to be done - there's no mystery. We are very grateful for an excellent job done. We also hired them to clean the calcium line off our tile - water is hard and leaves a waterline ring. I was going to acid wash, but they said it would stain the plaster - they used glass-bead blasting process that restored the tile to like new. Absolutely amazing. Mike completed our tile repair, fixing the problem and was able to successfully remove and reinstall our existing tile. This not only saved money, but since our tile is no longer available it maintained the consistent appearance of the pool. Great job, pool looks great
