He was right on task and quick to diagnose the problem and then made the fastest trip to Home Depot in the history of contractor trips to HD. Quickly made the exchange and double checked to make sure that it was actually repaired! I think the whole thing took 1-1&1/2 hours! My tenants were very pleased! My husband could never have done it so quickly, which automatically made it worth every penny! My only regret is that I didn't make better use of the time I had left on the two hour deal... My fault for not thinking ahead. I was thrown off at first by his looking no older than about 17-18 years old.. Shame on me! He was he was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. More so than most other workers I've ever had work on our rentals! He even picked up a spare breaker, at my husbands request, which, was the only charge, beyond the initiial "big deal" cost.
