We’re awaiting permits to build an ADU and a porch on the front house, and will be utilizing them for those builds as well. The Project Manager makes conversations very comfortable. "Matt showed up with proper supplies to perform the work as we had discussed on the phone. He did the work quickly and professionally. There was some other areas that had been recommended by a home inspector as needing repairs, but Matt explained that there was already a metal flange in place that provided a seal in the firewall. While he said that he could seal up the opening around the vent stack, he said it wasn’t necessary and it would be a waste of my money. That says to me that he isn’t out to make money on unnecessary work. I would definitely recommend this handyman"
