All the low voltage lightings, the special insulation that they used, the extra protection that they installed in the window that I have in the kitchen and more… All of this features improved the energy protection at the kitchen. They followed up with me the following day after all the final documents were signed off by me about the work in order to make sure that I was happy with the final results. I'm happy to mention that kitchen remodeling project was completed a little bit before the due date."

"They did a fabulous job on the analysis. They were here for 5 and a half hours so it was very thorough. They tested the air flow through the ducts and everything. I was blown away by the thoroughness for the analysis. They were extremely professional and explained why they were recommending what they recommended. They followed up by sending a pdf of their estimate and their explanation. We did not have the company install insulation, but it wasn’t due to their lacking. What they proposed was definitely the best solution."

"They scheduled the visit to assess the work in a prompt way, the worker was professional and helpful in talking through potential larger projects we may want to do later...they asked me...I didn't ask for that. However, when it came down to the small project we wanted he claimed it would take more than 4 hours. I knew our work might exceed the $99, but I expected a $200-$250 estimate..not $500 to replace a 18"x65" piece of drywall and patch a 5" ceiling hole. The other factor was a focus on the "man" of the house. The woman who scheduled the call insisted on having my husband's name which came across as sexist given it was my call to use or not use their service."

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."

"I contacted all pest pros the beginning of April because of a dead smell coming from my attic. I also had flies coming out of there. The inspector Alex went into the attic and removed dead rat from a trap that Terminix left behind. I signed a contract, though I thought was  a little pricey at the time. With all the hard work that these guys did, I now feel that it was money well spent. I just had my last check up yesterday and there were no rats in the traps and am no longer hearing noises in my walls. My house has been nice and cool with the new insulation that was put in.
