While experiencing a 4 month slab leak overhaul on a 50 year old home, Javier and his Team saved me and my family from what could have easily become a nightmare. When I discussed the project with Javier, he and his team knew exactly, I mean EXACTLY, what we required and he was also able to accomodate our "wish" list. Since it's a 50 year old home and we plan on staying here forever, in addition to a FULL Re-Pipe, which is highly recommended, we decided to add a bathroom and move the laundry room, as well. Javier thoroughly explained how the work would be performed, made multiple suggestions, responded in a timely manner, was very respectful and MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY FINISHED ON-TIME :) After going through a slab leak, I wanted to take every precaution to make sure this wouldn't happen again in my lifetime (fingers-crossed). Therefore, I would have likely paid whatever. That said, it was Javier who I believe in and his COSTS WERE FAIR. I've worked with many contractors and I would put Javier at the top of my list.
