Communication was very clear and he knew exactly what to do for all 3 of my jobs 1st he patched the holes in my drywall and textured it came out perfect. 2nd he installed a new ceiling fan now issues what so ever. The he was able to install the new front screen door that was supposed to fit but he made it work and he even had to manufacture a piece of wood to close a small fan…(it came out soooo good!) My wife and I are very happy with his professionalism and the detail in his work. Thank you Douglas for a job well done."

"While Michael the owner was responsive when it came to the actual scheduled job he sent a much junior technician whom I certainly did not expect because he did not tell me. They were supposed to contact me before he showed up but there was no advance call, luckily I was home at the time. The tech did his job and was about to just leave without showing/telling me about how it works or what he installed. I had to ask him about the installation so I can be sure I knew how the equipment operated and if there's anything I needed to know about the install. In the end my opinion is the attic fan was a waste of money and my time. We don't notice any difference in the interior temperature of our house when it's hot. When I inquired about a refund (within 30 days of the install), Michael said he would offer $89 refund for the equipment and not the install. And to think if I didn't use Angie's list, this would have cost me several more hundred dollars. An expensive lesson learned!
