"I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."

We had them repair portions of our crawlspace foundation and our perimeter stem wall as well as well as some slab and curbing work in the garage area. Todd shows up when he says he will and goes over everything very carefully with the guys so they are less likely to miss details. Very hard working guys. When he gave me the quote, there was no guess work. He crawled around and measured everything. I wish I could say this about other contractors."

"Had problem with the roots of a tree that was removed 4 years ago. Decaying roots causing house to sink causing cracks. Sabre arrived on time with 4 professionals and all the materials they needed. Work was completed in 5 hours and their entire unique repair system is below the surface. I'll put the grass back tomorrow. They were 100% professional from start to finish. The project costed 1/2 of what I expected. Even my son, an architect - was impressed and got their information."
