They showed up on time, asked me to look at everything to make sure it was up to my standards, and then left. Never had a better experience than this company. "Literally within minutes of submitting a job description online, I was contacted by Green Care Companies. They showed great initiative in being the first outfit to get back to us. I was really impressed by their promptness. Fil was equally prompt at showing up to provide a written estimate of the job. His crew was very prompt at arriving to begin work. (Do you see a pattern emerging here? These guys are PROMPT!) The crew was friendly and professional. It was clear that they were good at their job, and I was impressed by the safety procedures they followed while performing the challenging task of ascending a fallen tree and taking it apart. They were neat and very careful not to damage any nearby healthy landscaping while dispatching the fallen tree. They did such a good job with the original emergency response that I hired them to continue trimming some additional trees in dire need of attention. Several poplars had large dead sections on them. With the winds forecast to be even worse in two days, I had the Green Care guys do some preventative trimming on these other trees, hopefully averting another fallen tree in the near future. At the end of the job, the crew was meticulous in their cleanup and removal of debris. From the moment they arrived to the time they departed, there wasn't a moment of slack time. They were diligent in their efforts, accomplishing an incredible amount of work in just a few hours. I will definitely hire these guys again in the future, hopefully for only routine work. Just because a guy has a chainsaw and isn't afraid of heights, that doesn't make them "tree care professionals." The people at Green Care really know what they're doing!"

"The crew came out on time, friendly and professional. They checked where we thought there was a bee hive on the outside of the house, but found no hive. They went into the attic and checked the roof from the inside as well. Explaining their work as they went. I really liked the fact that they relocate the bees instead of kill them. ultimately they said the bees we saw were probably scouts looking to start a new hive, but we were in the clear. The company refused to bill me for the service call. Would definitely hire them again!"

"Luis and his team did a fabulous job with our trees. He always called me
back when I had questions and responded with expertise and
professionalism. We had a large Chinese Elm in the back yard that had
not been trimmed for several years, an Avocado tree that needed
professional attention, a Chinese Orchid and 3 trees in the front yard.
The guys were punctual, worked efficiently and cleaned up the entire
yard . They were also thoughtful enough to put the potted plants back in
their right places. We're extremely pleased with the results and will hire them again.
