"The Daikin system works well with our 3-zone setup. The price was reasonable and the installing crew was excellent. In by 8:30am and out by 5:00pm, including removal old stuff, installing new system, setting up the 3 new controllers, and cleaning up afterwards. I have a shoutout to some crew members that I catch the names: Gus, Renee,Lorie, Jeremiah…Good job!"

"Matt was wonderful in my home when my furnace was not working. We came to the conclusion that it was time to replace my furnace. Matt gave me plenty of options to fit with my budget and he had a quick install day. The Installers were very profesional and at the end, they explained what was done and how my new system works and got my thermostat scheduled. I recommend McDonald home solutions for any repair or replacement need!"

"Needed my duct system under house replaced with better design system that was balanced. Had at least 5 local HVAC Contractors come out to give estimates and Comfort Factor Mechanical estimate was much lower than the "local" companies. Work was completed in 1-1/2 days (two men) which included demo of the old and replacement with new. System works great and would definitely recommend Comfort Factor Mechanical for any HVAC work, repair, or replacement. Eric and Arik are both very knowledgeable about any type of equipment and fully understand a well designed and installed system."
