"They were on time and installed the handrails and shower grab bars. I should have gotten a written estimate as they charged $50.00 more than quoted."

"Eric H was great. Fixed the wiring on our heater and answered our questions about installing a new heating system. He was friendly, professional and we are very grateful for his help and advice. We would totally and without reservation recommend Next Level for those who need a qualified expert~! Thanks Eric."

"Josh helped set up my AC unit . He is very professional and very detail-oriented with his installations. I will definitely call him up again when I need some home repairs/installations done. Very happy with his work!"

"Great service. Ther was an issue a week after installation that turned out to be a circuit breaker and not anything in the A/C. Chance fixed it for free. Great value for money. Highly recommended."

"The installers were very sweet and professional. But I donâ t think I was made completely aware of how the exterior installation would look. The last 4 or 5 feet of the white pipeline are not covered and it looks unfinished and messy."

"Enrique Pelayos did a great job refurbishing our cat tower. We've had the tall tower for years and its like a family heirloom for all our cats. The job was more difficult because we wanted a high-traffic, tough to shred, carpet put on it. Enrique did a beautiful job and it looks like it is brand new. The cats love it and are going crazy scampering up and down the tower."

"Matt was wonderful in my home when my furnace was not working. We came to the conclusion that it was time to replace my furnace. Matt gave me plenty of options to fit with my budget and he had a quick install day. The Installers were very profesional and at the end, they explained what was done and how my new system works and got my thermostat scheduled. I recommend McDonald home solutions for any repair or replacement need!"

"We had such an excellent experience with Volkman heating. We needed a mini split unit installed in our upstairs level, where we have high ceilings. Randy and his team did the install quickly and everything turned out perfectly. We were so happy with their customer service and the whole experience from start to finish. Very rare here in Marin County."

"Installed two chandeliers for us. Were great to work with and the lights look beautiful."

"Rick and his team were awesome. They were very thorough, put everything they moved in my garage back and Rick made sure to have me check both the heater and AC once installation was complete. He also installed my smart thermostat for me. I would highly recommend Rick and his team."
