"Eric H was great. Fixed the wiring on our heater and answered our questions about installing a new heating system. He was friendly, professional and we are very grateful for his help and advice. We would totally and without reservation recommend Next Level for those who need a qualified expert~! Thanks Eric."

"Very good experience. Will was great!!! I will hire him again!!"

"The installers were very sweet and professional. But I donâ t think I was made completely aware of how the exterior installation would look. The last 4 or 5 feet of the white pipeline are not covered and it looks unfinished and messy."

"From start to finish, the service we received from Best Chance was perfect, and the workmanship was excellent. Rodents nested in the ducting under our house and made a mess of everything. Best Chance cleaned everything up, installed all new ductwork and insulation, got everything up and running better than it ever has, and even found and addressed two minor leaks under our house. They checked our attic ducting, too, and discovered that our attic fan was broken. They have already replaced it, and our house has never been this cool and comfortable in the summer before. I will never use anyone else for my heating and cooling needs!"

"Our smart thermostat install job was excellent! I really appreciate the extra time Ryan took to walk us through the nuances of our heating system and make sure we were fully set up. Will definitely use Elevated Comfort in the future!"

"Installed two chandeliers for us. Were great to work with and the lights look beautiful."

"Rick and his team were awesome. They were very thorough, put everything they moved in my garage back and Rick made sure to have me check both the heater and AC once installation was complete. He also installed my smart thermostat for me. I would highly recommend Rick and his team."
