There is a $150 non refundable service fee. If we make an agreement to have the work done by us and you back out you still owe us 30% of what the ending total of cost of project would have been . (NOT HERE TO WASTE YOUR TIME SO PLEASE DON'T WASTE OURS) Due to the fact that we get charged per lead that gets sent our way whether or not we get the job even if it’s an estimate or to take care of the job. We pride ourselves on quality work and great customer service. We believe in going out of our way for our customers! Blinds or Shades - Repair
The total project wasnâ t completed as requested. I needed the sliding glass door blind restrung as one of the cords had frayed and wouldnâ t lock the blind in the up position. All he did was tie the one cord to the other. He didnâ t fix the locking problem.

While the three projects I had were addressed the only item of the three that was completed was changing out my under sink reverse osmosis filters (3). The other two items were not completed. I am not sure if it was Will or Bill who did the work. He did arrive on time and quoted me $150 for the three jobs. He was here less than 45 minutes. I would like to get paid that much an hour.. if after the two other small items I had were completed maybe that price would be reasonable. When I again confirmed the amount due he said the $150. Truly the job was not worth more than $75 and that is being generous.

"Hey Susan, Will here. I am the one that came and did the work for you. I'd like to try and fix any discrepancy that has occurred. Want to state that I did what was asked by replacing your reverse osmosis filter, attempted to fix the deadbolt by chiseling out the hole bigger which I had done and tested it there with you there. The deadbolt was fully extended into the slot but the electric lock said it wasn't fully locked, it might actually be the electric lock itself. As for the trash can pull out, you had told me that you would try and order and new one because the old one was bent and broken. You had told me that you would get a hold of me w"

I was quoted one price over the phone and was charged more when time to pay. Almost double the quote. Other than that I have no complaints about the service . Will was polite, very efficient, just get the quote in writing.
