Here's why: My job started out with an entry door replacement, evolved into a pantry expansion, and finally finished with an entire kitchen countertop replacement. I was very pleased with how they worked, the materials they used, and the attention to detail in the workmanship. And they were very responsive, communicated well and frequently, and checked in regularly to make sure the job was getting done right and on time. Each of their craftsmen were highly skilled, knew what they were doing, and didn't cut any corners. And each one was friendly and courteous to boot! I very much appreciated their attention to protecting the rest of the house, and they cleaned up the jobsite every single day at the end of their work day. Remodels are disruptive, no matter what. But this was about the least painful I've experienced. I have worked with a lot of contractors. CHI is a 10 out of 10."

Axis Appliance repair was dispatched by Frigidaire to fix the problem, however after the tech visit, the problem was even worse! I contacted Axis and told them that the issue was not resolved and they said that they would be ordering a part (door gasket) that they thought might fix it. 12 days later no part had been delivered and despite 4 phone calls and multiple texts over a 4 day period trying to get Axis to provide me with tracking information for the part, they could not provide anything at all ?? they could not even provide the part order number with Frigidaire so that I could call Frigidaire MYSELF to find out when the part would be delivered! To put things in perspective the part was a door seal gasket that I could have ordered on Amazon or eBay and had delivered to my house in 1 day! Read other reviews on Yelp before using them"
