Good work, friendly contractor, but just like every plumber, overcharged

Ryan came out the same day we called. He was very good about explaining the option of repairing or replacing. The one thing I didn't like was after quoting the price, there were some add-ons, such as for gasoline. I understand that this may be necessary, but it should have been presented before the work was done. It would not have made any difference in my decision.

I was contacted immediately and given a time frame the next day. No waiting as they were prompt. Very cordial, personable and professional. They quickly zeroed in on the problem, assessed the situation and gave me some options. I got it repaired. No more sneaky leak. Whew, what a relief. Thank you The Rooter Guys!

Extremely punctual and came as soon as possible to fix my clogged Sewer.

From the start they were questioning whether they would get paid if they couldn't clear the blockage. They look with the led camera and said is was too blocked and the pipe was bad. That I needed new pipe ran for $12k. To top it off they didn't clean up the mess they made all over the patio. NO THANKS~

Great work from beginning to end!

This was a bait and switch, my son did the work. He had me put my head under the plastic with the mold. He told me if they had to auger my toilet one more time they were going to make me put in a 500.00 toilet. He gave me a price of $300.00 and then changed it to $800.00.

They installed a new shower faucet, installing a large plate on the tile because they needed to install new piping in the already small hole in the tile. It looks great! We now enjoy our showers, sprayers.

Excessive charges, scoped out unnecessary work and had to pay twice for same repair within 2 days of first drain clearing.

Your plumber Ryan, outstanding young man who was very polite professional and very competent. Couldn't be happier with the job he did. But, the pricing was more then what I have paid for in the past. That could definitely use some work. I like the work done and your plumber, but, your pricing will definitely have me looking for more competitive companies with better rates

I hired Marc and his crew to fix, what I thought, was a clogged drain. They tried twice to get the drains cleared but after a camera inspection it was clear that my very old pipes were deteriorating and full of roots and needed to be replaced. Marc was great and took the cost of the first 2 visits off of the total. The job was HUGE! Over 75ft of new pipes replaced. I was given a 2-4 day estimate and they finished the actual replacement of all of the pipes in one day! Marc and All 3 of the employees that helped with the project, were very friendly and I felt comfortable asking questions as they went along. As a single parent I truly appreciate their helpfulness. I especially want to give kudos to Ryan. He came back to clean up and did a fantastic job! Thank you Rooter Guys! I will definitely refer you to friends and family!

Marc was really easy to work with let him know what you're looking for and he shoots you a price . He also conveys the impression that he's ready to do the job .
