Larios AC installed my air conditioning system and it worked flawlessly for 20 years. I called when my condenser failed during a long heat wave and was very grateful to get a service visit the very same day. Ericke found and repaired the problem immediately and finished up with a diagnostic system check and filter cleaning. How wonderful to be able to count on him after two decades!

In the end it turned okay. He didn’t do it himself, he sent another guy. The guy put the heater in the wrong place. It was a wall heater so he had to take it out of the wall and move it over a few inches to follow code. I am pleased Eric came out and had the guy redo it so it was correct, I just wish it would have been done right the first time.

GREAT COMMUNICATION, GUYS WORKING ON HOUSE WERE NEAT AND EFFICIENT, SPENT EXTRA TIME TO ENSURE THAT WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE SYSTEM, EVEN WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP WORK OUT SOME DIFFICUTLIES WITH OUR SYSTEM THAT WAS NOT CONNECTED WITH THEIR INSTALLATION.
