They did a good job explaining and triple checked for leaks before they left. Of course they tried to upsell and gave us a metal trap they did not quote us upfront for. We would have chosen it over plastic, but price difference would need to be cleared upfront. That's the only negative. Otherwise, thus far we are very happy with the result. "We called Dalcon Electric when a car struck a power line outside of our building and knocked out the electricity to our building. They were quick to respond in an emergency, courteous and professional. They helped us get our business back on track in a pinch. Then, we hired Dalcon to replace all 53 outdated outlets in our building. Dave and his crew (Jack and Billy) completed this efficiently and with minimal disruption to our business. When we needed to install emergency exit signs, Dalcon provided by far, the best quote for the work to be done compared to many other handymen we had considered. Jack and Billy installed our emergency signs and cleaned up the area where they had worked leaving it just as, if not better than, how they found it. Everyone at Dalcon is courteous, prompt and responsive. Dave, the owner, came in person to our office to discuss each project to be done.
