That is where the team took our house to another level. Put the ceiling beams above the ceiling. remove the ceiling above the stairway and create 20 ft ceilings. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"My girlfriend and I moved back into our newly remodeled home about three weeks earlier than planned at the beginning of the project. From the beginning Wise Builders set themselves apart when Nathan and Sal came by for the initial consultation. They were very professional, showing up on time on a weekend, and provided a very impressive presentation. They listened to our needs and even talked us out of doing an expansion to the footprint of the house that would have added tens of thousands of dollars to cost of the project. Instead, their design team came up with a design for a fantastic new, much larger kitchen and three new bathrooms within the existing footprint of the house. Our 1960s era home has been completely transformed! Our foreman Fernando and crew lead Alfredo were great to work with and did exceptional quality work at an amazing pace. Be warned that once the process begins it is a wild ride with many decisions that must be made in succession. Thankfully I have a flexible work situation and can be available to meet with Nathan, coordinate other work related to the remodel, make online orders and trips to the hardware store for fixtures, etc. Nathan has been great working with us and keeping us informed what the next steps in the process are. Alfredo worked hard right up to the end to deal with last minute inspection surprises, touch ups, and details that all add up to a top quality result. I cannot recommend Wise Builder enough. "We were looking for a contractor to completely remodel our one bedroom condo in San Francisco. We met with few different companies but after meeting with Moses from HomeTech Construction & Design, he gave us great suggestions that showed us his experiences. He was also very clear with the cost and what his included and what is not. They were able to work with our budget as it was very important also they provided 100% financing for no additional cost. They helped us pull all the necessary permits as well as made sure everything is done by legal expectations. Project was finishes at least two weeks earlier then predicted and the apartment rented even before all work was done. We and new tenants were really pleased with the finishes, design and quality of work. We especially really like the bathroom finishes. It was very easy communicate with the designer, office, contractor, and of course Moses, the project manager. Also the communication between the team was very well coordinated. We would definitely recommend HomeTech to everyone looking to remodel their home."
