We wanted to open our kitchen and connect it with the dining area while adding a pantry. Walls were removed, and new cabinetry and lighting made the space feel bigger. The team also designed a walk-in pantry with plenty of storage. The entire remodel transformed how we use the space, and it?s now perfect for us.

DevArt8 Builders has done a fantastic job on my kitchen expansion and remodel. I had new cabinets added, new countertops, flooring, sink, backsplash, pantry, and lighting installation done. I came to an agreement when I was selling my home to do a few repairs for some issues the inspector found I didnâ t know about, but I had to get them done FAST for the sale to go through. Ray got it done! He really came through, and for a brand new customer no less. Would I work with him again? 100 times, YES!

I hired Ray to work on my kitchen. I knew it was going to be noisy, messy and chaotic, and I was worried it was going to cause problems with my son, who has sensory issues. The first time I contracted Ray, it was for some repairs in my garage. Those went smoothly, the cost was reasonable, and I liked working with him. The second time I contracted him, it was after some major life changes. Iâ d gotten divorced, and no longer needed a two-car garage. Remembering how good Ray was with the garage repairs, I hired him to convert half of the garage into a new study for me, and redesign the rest to make better use of the available space as a one-car garage. Rayâ s work was as fantastic as ever, and his crew knocked my socks off handling this much more elaborate job. Both the redesigned garage and the study are perfect.

After interviewing six companies, we decided to hire Devart8 for my new ADU & kitchenà  remodeling. These guys were incredibly knowledgeable and creative when it came to the design.à   We picked the materials, colors and appliances so quickly, like they just sent it to me item by item and everything was exactly what I wanted.à   This gave me confidence that they actually listened to my idea and vision. This was my second time that we used devart8 construction for our home renovation; this time project was included kitchen addition and metal roofing.
