"It was pretty standard pool service.  They did an adequate job, not spectacular.  The deal was for pool service. That's what they provided.  I was gonna have them do some other work around the pool, but I didn't feel very confident in their ability to do that, so we just stuck with the cleaning. They just weren't really responsive.  Like I said, I was gonna have them do some additional work, some actual repairs with the pool, but they just weren't responsive. They weren't timely in getting back to me on that."

He also makes an effort to save us money by telling us the product or service that we actually need as opposed to simply recommending the most expensive options available. He always arrives as scheduled and is respectful of our house and pets in our backyard. His work is also top-notch. When we first hired Omar and American Pool Solutions, our pool was full of leaves and algae. After one pool service, our pool no longer looked like a swamp. Within 12 hours, we were able to swim in the pool for the first time. Omar has kept our pool looking beautiful ever since. Omar is a great person, who provides first-rate service. "It went very well. Everyone was very informative. They kept me up to date with the process and whenever I had a question, they were really prompt with their answers whether by email or phone. They were on time when they say they will begin work and the guys that installed my solar panel and inverters were very clean. I mentioned that I'm very worried about leaks because my son is very sensitive to mold and they made sure to seal everything very well n show us the work they've done and ask if we see anything that needs to be addressed. I was very pleased with the whole process. And it was easy, they took care of everything."

"I want to state that this was the first home remodel project that we've had done to the home. I waited to do this review to see if any issues popped up and I'm happy to say that nothing has. Owner did the estimate and assured us that the job would be perfect. He was absolutely correct. They did a walk-in shower conversion and it's stunning. There were some logistical issues that were dealt with fairly quickly. While this did add to the estimated time to completion that wasn't a big deal to us and I as the end result is what matters most. We highly recommend them to do any remodeling job that you require. It will be a top notch job with them making sure that you are completely satisfied with the end product."

"They only charge a flat rate for any basic service so if the AC goes out i call them and they charge a flat rate to service it. If it has to be replaced they pay up to a certain amount and if it goes over i pay a prorated fee."
