From helping us choose tile and fixtures, to keeping us updated on scheduling, to managing the contractors so things stayed on track—it felt like we had a partner the whole way through. We especially appreciated how respectful the crew was—our dog gets anxious around strangers, but everyone was kind and even brought treats for her (!!!). The kitchen turned out sleek, functional, and just feels right. We’ve already hosted two dinner parties and gotten endless compliments. Bayron promptly responded, and an appointment was set up to go over of what I wanted to get done. I felt really comfortable while discussing the project details, and the estimated time frame for completion. Since the beginning Bayron was very accommodating, and prompt to respond any of my concerns. It took them a week to complete the project - convert a bath tub shower into a regular shower- As I mentioned before communication was outstanding. We chose Rick for various reasons including that he was easy to communicate with and that he uses his own very skilled employees, no subcontractors. We completely remodeled the kitchen, the main and secondary bathroom, laundry room and installed new flooring throughout that required grinding and leveling the concrete slab. Every wall and ceiling was retextured and painted. It was a HUGE job. Rick is a hands-on contractor who stopped by the house 3-4 times a week (sometimes everyday!). Rick kept us up to date on scheduling and every addition we made to the scope of work was clearly documented in change orders that we discussed with him. We had a good idea of what we wanted design-wise and the end result reflects that vision."
