Richard and his team did an amazing job on our condo in Laguna Woods. The bathrooms were beautifully upgraded and the entire home is now much brighter with the new custom lighting. We were very impressed and extremely happy with the upgrades. The team was always on their toes and very communicative. They will be our go-to for all our remodeling needs. We recommend A to Z to all our friends and family.

Richard from A to Z had made an appointment with me to do an estimate for subfloor and linoleum replacement in the home of my 93 year old Grandmother (who obviously can't do this kind of work herself). He NEVER showed up for the appointment, not to mention I had to tell him 4-5 times what time I could accommodate meeting with him on my lunch hour (I guess his lunch was more important). Sadly due to his lack of honoring the appointment to do the estimate for the work that needs to be completed, we will not be moving forward with A to Z. If they can't show up for an estimate, why would you trust them to show up to complete the estimated work?

They did a phenomenal job. They exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again for my next job.

Richard was punctual, clean and listened to what I wanted. The results were fantastic. My kitchen backsplash has added new life to my kitchen and his impeccable work contributed to that. Richard covered my counter tops and other kitchen areas to avoid damage or too much debris. He and his team member cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to work with. They were quiet and focused, I didn’t hear a lot of bantering back and forth which is refreshing. Usually workers are yelling at each other or have music blasting, which can be quite annoying for someone that works from home like myself. Richard is fair in his pricing, not overbearing, and shows up!

No paperwork. Seems like The prices may not be consistent. work was completed but to me lazily in that he didn’t want to cut the fence so the pole was centered! So I have 8 foot fencing in a 12 foot space so it’s 8 ft and 4 ft. He said he got the wrong size! So either he doesn’t measure well and didn’t write it down when preparing for a job ? but I think he had this fence from another job left over. The only positive is that he had the willingness to do the job no one else responded to my request.

I have often found people working in construction are inconsistent about getting back to you; Richard always responded very quickly and showed up when he said he would. They integrated the new wooden fence beautifully with the existing one. It all looks great and will keep my dog safe!

It was an awesome service. Regarding to the price, it was so convient. Also the cleaning was really deep, I had guests over and they’ve complimented me about how clean my house smelled and was and also how shiny the glass furnitures were.

We had to take part of our fence down last year due to home renovations ... I wanted to put a new fence up but only in that specific place . I wanted vynal and 6 ft with double gates on one side and single gate on the other side . They did an excellent job. They where on time and cleaned up after them selves . Was able to do the job right away.
