Hoven Construction built us an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) for a rental property, From start to finish, the entire process was remarkably stress free and professional. They stayed on schedule and within budget, The communication was also top-notchâ any questions or concerns I had were quickly addressed, making the whole experience stress-free. The extra convenience was, I lived out of town during construction and I was still able to track the work everyday with their software which allows me to track the work thru pictures, video and annotations with daily updates. The ADU they built has exceeded my expectations in terms of both functionality and aesthetic appeal, and it's already generating income as I rented right away! I am pleased to give Hoven Construction a 5-star rating for the quality of our finished project, the professionalism, the punctuality and courtesy. We needed a contractor to address the work that would be involved to repair an interior wall in the common area. Hein Hoven, the owner and general contractor, promptly gave us a detailed proposal of the scope of work which did involve the removal and replacement of rotten lumber in the wall and ceiling, the replacement of subfloor and door and drywall and painting in multiple locations. The cost was reasonable, and the work moved efficiently and on time. Hein is very personable and professional, and I really appreciated his availability and communication which was great from start to finish. Linda B.

This was a great experience. It involved major remodeling works but Hoven Construction came with a contagious enthusiasm and a really fair price that put other experts quotes in the shade. Hein delivered several high quality projects for our family. Fantastic service and a consummate professional. We had several issues with some custom builds around the house and he was able to find creative solutions to address. He was also extremely punctual and timely. I would recommend Hein highly.

Hein is a consummate professional who is charming, reliable, punctual, and talented. Hein assembled confounding storage cube organizers in one hour in a manner that is stronger than manufacturer instructions. Hein is a great find, I will use him again and again, and have already passed on his card to 3 people. What a gem.

There seems to be nothing Hein can't fix! He assembled two beds we needed. Repaired cabinets and painted cabinets, and many other jobs around the house. He came when I needed him even though he was busy that day. He is a truly nice man and I will use him everytime I need to.

Hein is very nice and easy to communicate with. My bathroom pocket door was not operating correctly. He understood the problem, showed up at the agreed time, started right to work and quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem. He fixed it in a short period of time and his work was excellent.

Hein was an excellent contractor for a significant construction project requiring specialized skill in soundproofing. Always professional, including dealing with neighbors, to ensure the project was completed on time and on budget. I would definitely recommend him and I plan to use him again

Wow! I cannot imagine life without Hein! He is incredibly detailed, and always knows how to tackle a project. There were several projects (appliances, faucets, etc) that I had quoted several thousand dollars from the manufacturer which he was able to fix without the need to buy new.
