I phoned them yesterday to make the appointment and they came out today. And there is no damage or repairs needed, and the liner held up, still attached to the foundation cement stones and pillars. I felt this was very thoughtful of them to remember us. Since we installed the product a year ago, they have helped us feel comfortable that the product is doing what it is supposed to do. They also came out during the rains (however brief) in late February and checked that everything was still dry (not that we had flooding or ground water tables rise, but we were concerned that rain might have been coming in from the side vents in the house siding to the crawlspace).
