Very friendly, prompt, and professional. Not only did I receive a quote on the spot but it turned out to be significantly less than the other quote I received several days later from a different contractor who’d come by first. They were available quickly and able to accommodate an impromptu request on my part for an additional smallish construction project I hadn’t included in my original request. I felt that I absolutely received my money’s worth and would hire them again.

The work was started in days and finished in a week and it looked great.

Eamonn is fair, honest and very knowledgeable. I had multiple contractors bid, but I was most comfortable with Eamonn. I had a difficult job that stumped many contractors, but Eamonn had the most simple solution on holding up my attached pergola roof via 2x4 while his team repaired window trim, waterproofed under and outside of siding and replaced siding. He used quality materials to get the job done and his main worker Roberto is a surgeon with cutting wood. Roberto cleaned up everyday on a 5 day job. I cannot highly recommend Eamonn and Roberto enough, job well done!

I had several side panels replaced due to dry rot. Roberto did an excellent job and finished the work on time.

Eamonn was great. He fixed my chimney and replaced the outside moldings around our windows that had rotted from weather. Very reasonable rates. I would definitely hire him again when I need work done.

I found Eamonn on this site. He came to the house and made useful suggestions for the remodelling (part removal of two walls to make more open plan between kitchen and dining room). Eamon uses local contractors for work he cannot do himself and they were all very good at their jobs. He has worked with these subs for a long time and knows their work. He co-ordinated throughout and everything ran smoothly just as if they all worked as part of Ashfield Construction. He paid great attention to detail and worked hard with protective measure to minimise dust etc during the remodel. When it was finished, it was better that my wife and I had hoped for and you would think it had always looked that way. I would absolutely recommend using his services and will not go anywhere else from now on.

We did an extensive kitchen remodel with Ashfield Construction. The owner/ does everything guy is Eamonn Burns. His first visit was on a Sunday afternoon to look at the job. He did most of the demo and all of the carpentry. His subbys were superb. We went over budget but only because he made us knock a wall to open up the kitchen to the rest of the space. We are so happy with the new space, Thanks Eamonn and all of your crew. Jen
